Queen of Fitness - Monica Brant
Fanletter

Back in 1995, when I was only 18 years old, I laid my eyes on a couple of Monica pics for the first time...that was a completely breathtaking/eye-popping/jaw-dropping moment. Never before had I seen such a beautiful, gorgeous and sexy woman. Suddenly I became very interested in fitness, and started following her career closely. She quickly became my favorite lady and my Dream Woman. As I found more and more pics of her, my entusiasm for her grew by every pic. Her perfectly shaped and well trained body was sooo amazing...for me she was definitely in a league of her own, way above the other athletes.

Only a few months later I became so excited, when I found out that Monica had taken her first big victory, winning the Jan Tana Pro Fitness. That really confirmed what I had been thinking...that she had something special and unique. As I followed the development of her career, watching videos and interviews, I became more and more captivated by her beauty, skills on stage and very intriguing personality. Always smiling, outgoing and willingly engaging with her fans. She clearly had a glowing passion for what she was doing. Watching her on stage was a truly majestic and elegant sight.

Over the years Monica has become the indisputable Queen of Fitness. She has graced more than 100 magazine covers since 1994, all over the world. The last cover as recent as January 2020 (Bodyscape). So many positive things have been said about her over the years. And I'm pretty sure most people, that are interested in fitness, can agree with these describing words about her:

Champion - Legend - Goddess - Rolemodel - Icon - Idol - Professional - Classy - Friendly - Admirable - Inspiring - Motivational

Monica's magnificent career is spanning over 4 decades, the 90's, 00's, 10's and now also 20's. No other athletes, of my knowledge, have been around for that long. Even though she hasn't competed since she won her last competition in 2016 (at age 46), she still involves in Health and Fitness, as a Lifestyle/Health/Fitness Coach. She still does photoshoots, and is a huge inspiration for athletes around the world. I feel so lucky that my very own Dream Woman became the one to stick around for such a long time, and it has been an honor to follow her amazing career, and all her fantastic achievements. In April 2020 she started hosting her very own talkshow, "The Monica Brant Show". Each tuesday she interviews people who have been important for the fitness and bodybuilding industry over the years...a must see for all fans.

Milestones in 2020:
1. Monica Brant reach the respectable age of 50 years (October 26th). Still she looks much better than most women in their thirties.
2. I have been Monica's dedicated Fan for 25 years.
3. Monica Brant's Tribute Site has 20 years anniversary.

Monica has without doubt made a huge positive impact in my life. She has been such a big inspiration for me for all these years, and I truly admire and worship this amazing lady.
